On August 9, the 8th "Maker China" and 2023 Jiangsu SME Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Yangzhou regional Competition was held in Yongyue Hall on the second floor of Yangzhou Mingyue Lake Hotel.
After the expert preliminary examination, on-site demonstration and defense, the project of [Dolfen Intelligent -AI autonomous decision-making welding system leader] stood out from the preliminary competition and entered the Yangzhou regional competition. Compared with the standard welding industry of large quantities and single varieties such as automobiles, the non-standard welding industry represented by steel structure, shipbuilding, petrochemical industry, etc., has the characteristics of small batches and multiple varieties.
The industry is faced with the problem of difficult to recruit welders and expensive labor, and the traditional welding robot on the market has high requirements for tooling fixtures, and the programming and debugging are complicated. Industry end customers are caught in the dilemma of high cost of manual welding and inefficiency of traditional welding robots.
